RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Return period
In accordance with our commercial policy, you have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

to be returned in its original packaging ,

to be complete and in perfect condition.
⚠️ Damaged, incomplete or used products cannot be refunded.
Products not eligible for return
Digital content (e.g., PDF manuals):

Items cannot be returned or refunded once the download is complete.

Return procedure

No returns will be accepted without prior approval.
Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer , except in the case of an error attributable to SPEEDBRICK®.

In case of an error on our part (incorrect or defective product), the costs will be covered.
Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

The refund will be issued via the original payment method .

within a maximum period of 14 days .
The refund only covers the price of the returned product (excluding initial delivery costs, unless the error is ours).
Exchange
Exchanges are possible subject to availability.
