GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTC)

1. General Information

This SPEEDBRICK® website is published by a company based in France, specializing in the sale of construction kits, accessories and digital content (PDF instructions) related to the automotive world in LEGO® compatible bricks.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all sales concluded via the SPEEDBRICK® website.

Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are:

  • LEGO® compatible building kits

  • Accessories

  • Digital notices (PDF)

The descriptions, images and visuals are provided for illustrative purposes.
SPEEDBRICK® strives to provide information that is as accurate as possible.

3. Price

Prices are shown in euros (€) , inclusive of all taxes (TTC) , excluding delivery charges.

SPEEDBRICK® reserves the right to change its prices at any time without notice.
The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of the order.

4. Order

Any order placed on the site constitutes a firm and final contract.

The customer agrees to provide accurate information when placing the order.
SPEEDBRICK® cannot be held responsible for input errors resulting in a delay or inability to deliver.

5. Payment

The accepted payment methods are those offered on Shopify:

  • Bank card

  • Secure payment methods (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.)

Payments are fully secured via certified payment systems.

The order is considered validated after payment confirmation.

6. Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.

Delivery times are given as an indication only.
SPEEDBRICK® cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with French legislation (article L221-18 of the Consumer Code), the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Exceptions:

  • Downloaded digital content (PDF) is neither returnable nor refundable after access.

  • Damaged or incomplete products will not be accepted.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns must be made in their original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error attributable to SPEEDBRICK®.

The refund will be issued after receipt and verification of the product.

9. Responsibility

SPEEDBRICK® cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the products.

The kits require careful handling and may contain small parts.
They are not suitable for children under the recommended age.

10. Intellectual Property

All elements of the SPEEDBRICK® website (texts, images, visuals, notices, design) are protected by copyright.

Any reproduction or use without authorization is strictly prohibited.

11. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by French law .

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
